are accessible only to users with an active subscription.
By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as stated at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
PuffPuffNG reserves the right to:
Modify subscription plans, features, or pricing
Introduce new paid services
Suspend access to premium features upon subscription expiration
Users will be notified of significant changes where reasonably possible.
You agree to use PuffPuffNG in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
You expressly agree not to:

By uploading content, you grant PuffPuffNG a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and revocable license to display, store, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the legal right to share such content. PuffPuffNG is not responsible for copyright infringement or misuse of content uploaded by users.
PuffPuffNG is a connection and discovery platform. We do not:
Guarantee employment, contracts, or job placement
Guarantee business deals, service quality, or professional outcomes
Act as an employer, agent, broker, or intermediary between users
All interactions, negotiations, and agreements are conducted directly between users at their own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuffPuffNG shall not be liable for:
Loss of income, opportunities, or data
Disputes between users
Damages resulting from reliance on information provided by users
PuffPuffNG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Suspend
Restrict
Or permanently terminate any account
that violates these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or platform policies.
Termination may occur without prior notice in cases involving fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or threats to platform integrity.
Upon termination, users lose access to their account and associated services, and PuffPuffNG bears no obligation to restore access.
